Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Client Accounting
Services-Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery and quality assurance of monthly financial
statement closing and reporting for clients
Oversee the reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts
and review workpapers for financial statements
Act as the primary client liaison, addressing issues and
collaborating with property management on various financial
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA or MSA/MBA preferred
5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience, with
exposure to property-level and ownership accounting
Knowledge of GAAP and tax accounting
Proficiency in MS Office software and deep experience in MRI or
Yardi
Critical thinking skills with a proven ability to solve problems
and drive projects to completion
