Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance/Billing Collections
Assistant II for Emergency Medicine (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Perform insurance follow-up billing and collection duties to ensure
timely payment of physician charges
Review patient accounts for accuracy of information related to
insurance and billing
Utilize Epic and other tools for claim submission and status
inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent certification
2 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting or medical
collection settings
No specific certification required
A driver's license is not required for this position
