Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Engineer in Riverside,
CA.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare technical reports, letters, and memos for transportation
project development
Produce design elements related to transportation projects in
accordance with standards
Perform preliminary field investigations and prepare alternative
design options
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field
2 years of work experience in assistant engineer roles for
transportation design
Experience preparing documentation for highway design and
construction
Proficiency in CAD drafting using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation,
or Open Roads Designer
Knowledge of federal and local government rules and standards for
highway design in California
