- Ensures operational implementation of Sales and Operations
Planning (S&OP). Checks forecast, orders and production plan of
the Site(s) defined in the Operating and Sales plan. > >
Assessment indicator : Site's performance & Customers satisfaction
managed through S&OP routines
- Supports logistic related to manufacturing. Optimizes the
workflow of the site : supply of raw material, production planning
of manufacturing orders, management of finished products inventory
within the Site. Monitors and manages stock level accurately and in
accordance with level of service requested by customers. > >
Assessment indicator : Level of service rate (On Time Delivery To
Promised i.e. OTDP & On Time Delivery To Requested i.e. OTDR)
- Ensures the settings of the information system that allow to
steer the level of inventory, the warehouse management and the
service level. Checks the conformity of IS tools configuration to
ensure their relevancy for data analysis and to sustain decision
making process.. > > Assessment indicator : Availability and
relevancy of Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Supports Cash program. Participates actively to cash management
stakes within the site.. > > Assessment indicator : Level of
yearly average Days of Inventory Outstanding (DIO)
- Depending on site organization: Supports logistic related to
distribution. Analyzes the logistics structure and organization
pattern of the sites to identify and evaluate risks. Optimizes
transportation activity, shipping platforms and products storage
within the Sites of Business Unit/Region. Oversees distribution to
key customers. Together with purchase department, negotiates
contracts for contracting logistics.. > > Assessment

- Develops Human Capital. Contributes to leadership development,
career management & development of supply chain team members within
the sites. > > Assessment indicator : Number of trainings (or
equivalent e.g. coaching sessions) per team member per year All
