Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Advisor Manager to oversee
and enhance partner advisor management within its Operations
team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of sales operations professionals, including
onboarding, training, and performance reviews
Supervise processes to increase productivity and manage the partner
complaint management process
Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve issues and maintain the
sales partner rewards program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, or a related
field with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience
Experience leading agile teams, preferably in a technology
company
Demonstrated business acumen with an understanding of efficiency
and effectiveness drivers
Advanced experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Proficiency in analyzing budgets and preparing financial
reports
