A company is looking for a Content Strategy Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content strategy for B2B2C audiences in
Employee Benefits and Partnership sales channels
Create and manage sales-focused content to support lead generation
and conversion efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand voice
consistency and alignment on strategic priorities
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in content strategy, particularly in B2B
marketing and sales enablement
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a
related field
Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation
platforms
Experience with AI tools for content creation and strategy
Strong understanding of the Employee Benefits space and/or
insurance industry is a plus
