role for at least 20 years with experience in developing
operational and/or business process improvements in the nuclear or

for our customers. As a Vice President of Strategy & Growth in
Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed
Base Business Unit. Your work will include:
- Defines, develops, and implements a strategic and operational
plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote
revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
- Aligns vision with the Business Units, the U.S. region,
Framatome Group Strategy, and Legal environment.
- Drives a "customer-focused" performance culture within the
company.
- Conducts market analysis to identify potential growth areas,
emerging trends, and competitor landscape.
- Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and
measure success of growth initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for expansion,
including geographic expansion or new customer segments.
- Support product & solution development initiatives to create
innovative products and services that meet evolving customer
needs.
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with other companies
to leverage complementary strengths and accelerate growth.
- Evaluates potential mergers and acquisitions to drive growth
through market expansion or technology acquisition.This position
