  • Traveler Experience: Unit WILL Accept 1st time travelers
  • Ratios: 1:5-6. Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up
  • 36 or 48 hrs hours can be offered
  • Unit is a 41 bed inpatient unit with telemetry capability with a focus on renal and limb preservation patients
  • Our interdisciplinary team consists of: hospitalist, RN navigator, RNs, NAs, receptionist, dietary, PT/OT, pharmacy
  • Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR systems in use
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year Experience
    • Skills: Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias
      • Schedule Information
      • SHIFT: 12 HOUR DAYS
      • Float Requirement: Yes
      • Weekend Requirement: Every Other
      • Self-Scheduling, per the Unit Needs
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Renal and limb preservation patients (lower extremity), ESRD, ARF, vascular procedures, CHF, diabetics, diabetic foot ulcer patients
        • Special Procedures/Unit Details: Patients who receive hemodialysis will receive treatments in our hemodialysis unit
          • Additional Details
          • RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite
          • Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR
          • Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty
