RN Supervisor 3:00pm -11:00pm and Weekends 7:00am -7:00pm

RN Supervisor Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00; Mon-Fri 3p-11:30p;

Sat-Sun 7a-7p

Basic functions of position:

Registered nurses (RN) are primary health care professional working in collaboration with physicians to provide residents with care, education, and support. They are responsible for assessing residents' health problems and needs, educating residents on their illness and condition, developing and implementing resident care plans, helping in rehabilitation, and providing emotional support to resident' families. They also in charge of coordinating and assigning duties to other health care personnel, such as licensed practical nurses and nursing aides

Primary functions of position:

• Record and analyze patient medical histories, symptoms, and conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Create patient care plans with the help of other healthcare professionals
• Document and communicate actions to maintain continuity among the nursing team
• Comply with procedures, regulations, and rules in maintaining medical records
• Perform diagnostic tests on patients to assess their condition
• Discuss treatment with physicians and pharmacists
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
• Teach patients and their families about the treatment
  Educational Requirements:
  
  An Associate's degree from a community college, technical school, or vocational school. North Carolina certification as a Registered nurse.
  
  Preferred Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in nursing
