• Certification Details
• REQUIRED Certifications: ACLS, BCLS and NIH.
• ***Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty***
  • Job Details
  • RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite.
  • Any call offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.
  • Job offers 1:5-6 nurse to patient ratios.
  • Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks up to March 15, 2025.
  • *36 Hours can be Offered
  • 12 HR NIGHTS
  • FLOATING IS REQUIRED AS NEEDED to similar units.
  • REQUIRED Weekends: 4 weekend shifts per each 6 week schedule.
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum Experience Required: 1 Year of Experience.
    • Will take first time travelers: Unit WILL Accept 1st Time Travelers
    • REQUIRED Skills: IV Start and Telemetry.
      • Schedule Information
      • Unit cannot promise a block schedule at any time.
      • Will do their best to accommodate requests, but a block schedule is not guaranteed.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Details: CPPU is a 24 bed inpatient cardiac procedural unit.
        • Average length of stay is 1.8-2.4 days.
        • There is an ADT (Admission, Discharge, Transfer) nurse available on the unit during peak.
          • Additional Details
          • PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Pre/Post Cath, Pre/Post PPM & AICD, Watchmen Procedures, Stress Tests, etc.
          • SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: CPPU is a 24 bed inpatient cardiac procedural unit.
          • Average length of stay is 1.8-2.4 days.
          • There is rapid patient turnover on the unit, daily.
