Certification Details
BLS - Basic Life Support
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Job Details
- 8 Mountain ICU
- ASAP start preferred, 13 weeks
- 3x12 hour nights, 7p-7a
- Epic experience is REQUIRED
- This is a Hospitalist unit. General medicine ICU.
- Nurses are expected to float if needed.
  - Job Requirements
  - State License 1 Verification
  - NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
  - Primary Source Verification must be run within 30 days of start
  - 2 clinical references required (hospital eval also accepted)
  - Complete Application/Resume required.
    - Schedule Information
    - 3x12 hour nights, 7p-7a
      - Unit Specific Information
      - This is a Hospitalist unit. General medicine ICU.
        
        Additional Details
        
        I9 or attestation required.
        
        Drivers License/State ID required within 48 hours of signing.
        
        Everify or attestation required.
        
        Residency Declaration Form required if working on a compact license.
