A company is looking for a Dental Customer Service Trainee.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely
manner
Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and
other communication channels
Document all customer communications clearly
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in a customer service support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
Must be able to pass required testing and adhere to assigned
schedules
