• Employment Type: Travel CCI is currently seeking a Certified Wound/Ostomy/Continence Nurse (WOCN) required for a 13-week contract assignment Greensboro, NC.
  
  • $2000.00 - $2200 per week, Net take home. Paid Weekly. (based on exp)
  • First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits through UHC.
  • Schedule/Hours - 10hr days (7a-5:30p) 40hr guarantee
  • Must have NC License (Or compact)
  • Must have at least 2-years wound care exp
  • Acute Care Exp Preferred We are looking for an experienced and motivated Wound Care Nurse to join our team. As part of our team, you assess wounds incurred through accidents and surgical procedures to determine both immediate treatment needs and long-term treatment plans. You make regular rounds to patients in your care, coordinate with supervising physicians regarding case management, and liaise between families and health care administrators. Before the patient is discharged, you educate patients and families on care practices and methods to promote wellness and healing. You must be a licensed registered nurse (RN) to be considered for this position.
    
    Responsibilities Include:
    --- Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans
    --- Educate patients and families on best practices to promote healing and wellness
    --- Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure smooth recovery processes
    --- Fulfill other nursing duties as required
    
    Requirements:
    --- BSN degree (strongly preferred)
    --- Current state licensure as a registered nurse (RN)
    --- CPR and basic life support (BLS) certifications
    --- Certification and prior experience in wound care Benefits:
