• $20,000 sign-on bonus eligibility for full-time, bedside RNs

To better serve our communities growth SOVAH Danville Emergency Department is currently under a complete renovation to better serve our patients. The new Emergency Department will be a 31-bed unit with a 4:1 ratio for acute patients, with designated behavioral health safe rooms. Our Emergency Department provides care to patients across the lifespan for all medical emergencies. We are a designated Chest Pain Center & Certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center. We are an academic teaching site for residents, medical students, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and physician assistants.                 Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred). Additional requirements include: · American Heart Association Basic Life Support · Experience in acute care hospital, preferred · American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months of hire · Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association OR Emergency Nurse Association (ENPC) required, or within six (6) months of hire · Trauma Nurse Certification Course (TNCC) Emergency Nurse Association, preferred
