• $20,000 sign-on bonus eligibility for full-time, bedside RNs
  • $4 Shift differential (2 nd shift & evenings), $1 shift differential (weekends)

            • Professional development and growth opportunities Department/Unit Summary 4A is a 12-bed unit with a 1:5-6 nurse to patient ratio. We care for post-operative patients including spine surgery, orthopedics, adult ENT, abdominal, thoracic, vascular, and urology cases. We also see general medical patients. 4A is unique in that it is a small, close-knit department, where nurses and physicians work well together to achieve our common goals. We have physical room for growth, and hope to expand our capacity as we grow our surgical services in the future! About our Health System

              Qualifications and requirements
              Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred). Additional requirements include:
              • American Heart Association Basic Life Support
