A company is looking for a Patient Customer Service Specialist
(Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
Handles phone calls with patients to gather payments for medical
expenses and negotiates repayment terms
Collects and documents patient demographic and insurance
information using internal technology platforms
Educates patients on healthcare revenue cycles and repayment
programs to enhance their financial well-being
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED preferred
1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service role preferred
1+ year(s) of experience in a team-oriented environment
preferred
1+ year(s) of experience in a call center setting preferred
1+ year(s) of experience in medical/insurance coding and billing
preferred
