Technical Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst to translate business needs into technical requirements and support system integrations.
Key Responsibilities

Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
Document business processes, workflows, and technical diagrams using process mapping techniques
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in technical/business analysis, preferably in a financial services environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with API integrations and data feeds
Experience with process mapping tools such as Draw.io, Visio, or Lucidchart
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus
