Job Description:
A company is looking for a Curriculum Developer to join their
Content Team.
Key Responsibilities
Design new learning resources such as eLearning modules and
instructional videos
Improve existing programs and trainings, including version
management
Collaborate on workshops and trainings for higher education
audiences
Required Qualifications
Deep content knowledge in dialogue, civic education, conflict
resolution, and/or psychology
3+ years of experience creating educational content based on
learning design principles
Track record of developing content aligned with a defined tone of
voice and writing style
Bonus: Background in creating content for organizational cultural
change
Bonus: Experience delivering skills-focused presentations and
trainings on dialogue or similar topics
