Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to
support operational maintenance and improvement of assigned
products or service areas.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products or service
areas
Drive operational aspects and assess performance through analysis
and tracking
Create reports and support business review presentations for
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in project leadership or support in relevant
areas such as Benefits, Product Management, or Project
Management
Experience in relationship management with internal and external
stakeholders
Ability to identify trends and conduct root cause analysis for
escalations
Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies
for stakeholders
