Job Description:

A company is looking for an Employee Relations & Policy Lead.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of company policy violations
Serve as Subject Matter Expert on employee relations actions and provide recommendations
Manage company immigration actions and global mobility policy

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in Employee Relations or related HR roles
Experience managing Employee Relations actions across a diverse workforce
Thorough knowledge of relevant legal and compliance regulations
Proficiency in GSuite and HR software programs
Experience managing investigations and leading Employee Relations actions
