Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Program Strategist II to
oversee quality improvement programs and analyze market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations for HEDIS gap closure and assess potential
pilot programs for quality performance goals
Leverage data analysis to provide actionable insights and strategic
recommendations for performance improvements
Develop support resources and tools for HEDIS, CAHPS, and/or HOS to
enhance member and provider experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred
4+ years of clinical experience in managed care or health insurance
required; 2+ years of quality experience preferred
Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed
Vocational Nurse, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
preferred
CPHQ certification preferred
Must reside in EST or CT time zones
