*RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST - OUTPATIENT**Stability Direct* is proud to partner with an integrated academic health system associated with multiple medical academic centers, 3 community hospitals, a specialty rehabilitation hospital, and an integrated network of primary and specialty care clinics throughout Virginia.*EMPLOYER HIGHLIGHTS:* - Forbes Top 100 Best Large Company Employer in US - Forbes Top 15 Best Employer for Women in US - Newsweek named Best Hospital in Virginia*JOB HIGHLIGHTS*:* Schedule is mostly Monday - Friday day shifts with No weekends, nights or call* 4x10's will be considered* 8 Paid Holidays* Monthly Bonus Incentive* Comprehensive Benefits* Strong company culture* Extensive support, training & professional development*Qualifications** Education: Graduate of an accredited JRC program in Radiography required* Experience: No experience required* Licensure: Registered Radiologic Technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT R.T.) required* American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required* Job requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping and reaching (overhead, extensive, and repetitive)* Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50 - 100lbs* May be exposed to fumes, cold, heat, radiation, blood/body fluids and infectious disease*Responsibilities** Responsible for performing routine to complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in diagnostic radiology to ensure the production of quality images of all anatomical structures for interpretation by Radiologist* Effectively operates and maintains required equipment necessary to produce radiographic images* To provide high quality imaging services to the Pain Management Center, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Urology and the Neurosurgery Clinic all located at the Fontaine Research Park* Follows established imaging protocols and ensures image quality standards are met* Follows established Safety Standards to ensure safe environment for patients visitors and staff* Instructs students and residents and performs preceptor duties as necessary* Establishes ownership of clinical area by taking pride in appearance and readiness of exam rooms equipment and supplies*About Charlottesville, VA*Nestled in the heart of Virginia's picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains, Charlottesville offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and vibrant culture, making it an ideal destination for anyone seeking a fresh start.
