Position Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Technician to join our team in Roanoke, Texas. This role involves maintaining automated material handling system components to support the goals of the Distribution Center.Responsibilities:

• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and routine repairs on conveyor system components.
• Respond to system issues involving conveyors, PIE, sortation, and controls.
• Basic troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system components.
• Operate all material handling and mobile equipment within the Distribution Center.
• Work at heights and in unusual positions.
• Must be available for 24-hour on-call rotation.Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of building and equipment maintenance experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with AC drives (set-up, programming, faults).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and CMMS programs.
  • Experience with power distribution, power generation, control circuits, electrical test equipment, hand tools, power tools, calipers, and gauges.
  • Experience reading and interpreting Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEO) drawings and schematics.
  • Can frequently lift, push, and slide packages typically weighing 50-75lbs.Benefits:
