Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Operations Manager
responsible for overseeing the customer install experience in the
Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate employee engagement and positive installation outcomes to
maximize customer retention
Guide cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to installation
process standards for a positive customer experience
Monitor regional activities and collaborate with Operations and
Sales to implement best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of commercial sales and management experience in a
regional leadership role
Experience in developing customer service and quality improvement
programs
Knowledge of process improvement concepts and quality
measurement
High level of organization and analytical skills to drive
accountability and change
