Job Description:
A company is looking for an Industrial Contracts Officer Floater
to draft, negotiate, and administer research-related
agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct formal negotiations and administer industry-sponsored
project agreements
Negotiate intellectual property, publication rights, and
confidentiality terms
Identify contractual issues and provide follow-through until
resolved
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or
equivalent education and experience
Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate industry research
agreements
Understanding of intellectual property and licensing issues related
to research
Knowledge of university research environment and policies
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
effectively
